Healing starts with feeling seen, heard, and understood.
Meet Joslynn
I'm Joslynn Alston, a Licensed Professional Counselor of Mental Health and the founder of Covenant Legacy Counseling. I believe meaningful therapy goes beyond simply talking about what is wrong. It helps you understand why you think, feel, and respond the way you do and gives you practical tools to create meaningful change.
My approach is compassionate, culturally responsive, and grounded in evidence-based care. I create space for you to feel seen and understood while also helping you identify patterns, build healthier coping skills, strengthen relationships, and move forward with greater confidence.
Therapy with purpose
Therapy should help you do more than understand what you're going through, it should help you create change. Our work is personalized to you, combining insight, practical strategies, and evidence-based approaches to help you recognize patterns, build healthier ways of coping, and make meaningful progress toward the life you want.
